"Us" is me, Theresa Whitman, my husband, Mark., and our newest addition to the family, Maggie.  Theresa was born with chocolate in her blood (her family has a 78-year-old candy business on Cape Ann), so this is just natural for her.  Mark's creativity and business training round out the pair.  He is also the master behind The Cocoa Belt's signature Scotch Kisses, and is a true candymaker; he makes all our centers, while Theresa handles the chocolate work.  We enjoy working together as much as possible, and had our first child, Maggie, in June of 2009.  Maggie used to spend most of her days at The Cocoa Belt when we had a retail shop in Danvers, and now she runs operations at our home.  Please look for us at community events on the North Shore--we'd love to meet you!
